Our President

Ryan Walker, President of Carbon Graphite Materials, has dedicated over three decades to the graphite industry. Born and raised near Brocton, NY, Ryan started his career working with premium graphite sourced from North America’s largest graphite mine in Kearney, Ontario, sparking his lifelong interest in the material. Over the years, he’s built a wealth of experience, helping clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, with tailored graphite solutions.

Today, Ryan leads with a practical, customer-focused approach, working alongside production managers and engineers at other firms on projects including thermally conductive materials, specialty alloys, and lubricants. His efforts ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality products on time. Known for his integrity and insight, Ryan values graphite’s role as 'a minor ingredient of major importance' in driving innovation.

By partnering with graphite mines across North America, South America, Asia, and Africa, and sourcing synthetic graphite domestically to ensure supply security, he’s positioned Carbon Graphite Materials as a dependable global leader, always focused on meeting customer demands.
